Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Our pieces are handmade out of 100% Organic Mexican Cotton, dyed with natural hues and hung to dry.
Our recommended way is to leave on a bucket with cold water (warm water may shrink the cotton) for 2-4 hours with a hint of your preferred detergent and hang to dry. Our pieces can also be steamed.
The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
Our pieces sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, feel free to email Customer Service at info@thriftsthreads.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.
We accept exchanges of unworn, tagged pieces within 7 business days of delivery. Please reach out to info@thriftsthreads.com to process your exchange.
