Please note that due to the custom, handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for a refund. We accept exchanges of unworn, tagged pieces within 7 business days of receipt. We accept exchanges of size, color, and even style. If you wish to cancel your order, we can do so between 24 hours from the date of purchase. Orders past our 24 hr window will already be in the line of production and we will be unable to cancel. Please reach out to us at for assistance in exchanging/canceling your order. If you will be traveling and feel you will need additional time for an exchange, please reach out to us PRIOR to ordering. We are committed to ensure a perfect fit and your satisfaction in very step of the way. 

We ask that the merchandise is shipped back for exchange in the same condition as shipped. This includes the original packaging, uncut tags, and the box it came in. Thrifts + Threads boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. We reserve the right to determine if the piece shows signs of wear (ie. smell, stains, etc). Thrifts + Threads is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. Please reach out to us at if you have any questions. 

Please make sure your items are shipped back new, unused and with all Thrifts + Threads designer garment tags still attached. We do not issue return labels. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your exchange is complete. No price adjustments for prior purchases. All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are FINAL. All international orders (outside the US) are FINAL. No exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is shipped back despite this policy, the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
